Indesit WD12X

Hello everyone,

I live in a flat that has one of the above washer/driers installed in it. I recently noticed that one of the drum paddles was becoming very loose. On a closer inspection i found that the plastic clips holding it in position were broken. Within a week of finding this, all 3 paddles have come loose to the point where they fell out. Can i get replacement paddles? And should i be concerned about the small broken bits of plastic that snapped off the clips, and are now potentially inside the machine somewhere?

Any advice will be gratefully accepted.

Dazzler,

Yes indeed the drum Paddles are replaceable (Part No : C00064789 – Cost around £3 each). Possibly available via our “shop@” also?

There’s normally a reason the paddles break off, most times i’ve replaced paddles in machines i’ve found coins and other random items between the drums or in the filter,

the plastic lugs off the paddles will end up inside the filter area so have a quick check – (the filter is bottom right behind the plinth)

Pull the plug out first :plug:
