    Hi Guys,
    does anyone know on the above machine is the ntc on the module?
    The customer does not use the dryer so would disconnecting the dryer fan, heater etc remove the fault ?

    NTC is on the top of the heater box, bad contacts can give same fault code.
    No you cannot disconnect the dryer side, the electronics monitor all components before starting a wash so it would go into error if the NTC etc was disconnected.
