indesit we14 fault code -H20

I have an indesit We14 its about 2 years old. Onthe number 4 wash towards the end of the cycle, I’m getting an error message -H20, if I switch the machine off and just do the spin cycle it clears the error message . It doesn’t seem to affect the quick wash cycle. Can any body help? Thanks

I haven’t heard of error code H20 on one of these machines before, in fact the error messages are usually prefixed by the letter “F”. Having said that I feel it may well be a pumping out problem. A possible blockage to the pump, check behind the front ‘Kick Panel’ on the R/Hand side to access the pump.

I suspect the machine goes into an error default mode due to timing out whilst draining. Resetting the machine onto spin clears the problem in these cases.
