Indesit WE16 programme selector

Hi all, could someone recommend a spares supplier who has a programme selector for the Indesit WE16UK washing machine (Evolution 1600).

The unit works by selecting resistance ranges and is suffering with poor contacts which gives erronous resistances and ends up selecting wrong programmes, I have stripped and cleaned the current module, but would like to get a spare.

Does “16 position potentiometer” (as desribed by Indesit) sound like the part you want chocki ?

This sounds exactly like the part, it has 16 positions each with a different resistance.

I’ve tried looking for programmers, switches etc but never considered a 16 position potentiometer.

Any help would be appreciated, and I’m also off to search again. Thanks.

Don’t search too hard, the part is only £12 inc VAT and delivery direct from Indesit 😉
