I’ve managed to put some jeans with nails in the pocket in my machine and some nails excaped. The machine now sounds like it has, well, a bag of old nails in it when it spins.

Can anyone tell me how to get access to between the inner drum and the outer casing to get them out please?

For a short time today it completely stopped and showed error FO2, but now runs again, just extremely noisily when it gets to spinning.

If the outer drum is a plastic/nylon drum then I am afraid it is a sealed unit. You will find that the cost of repairing this is more than the machine is worth. 😥 You may be able to get some of the bits out through the pump filter.

    Plug out first of course.

You could try looking here Repairs@. Someone with the right skills may be able to find a way of removing them but it would be unadvisable to attempt this yourself.

I know it is a bit late now, but I bet you check your pockets in future. 😉

If you are very brave, you can remove the heater and go fishing. Be warned that the heater can be very reluctant to go back in.

Power off, of course :plug: .
