    Hi guys

I own the above washing machine and it will not drain. I have set it to drain cycle 5-6 time and the water just goes around and around making more bubbles 😕

My guess would be the Drainage Pump is knackerd. If so is it easy to change and cheap to buy?

I have had the machine for approx 10 years so yes it owes me nothing but I am not realy in a position at the mo to shell out £250+ on a new one.

    Thanks

    Mark

The pump or sump hose are probably just blocked with a coin or something!

POWER OFF BEFORE TAKING A LOOK!!! :zap:

Well Martin. Took Half a day today from work to have a look after your advice. Was a bit of a monster to get down my kitchen step, but it came down with a MONSTER bang 😈

Turned it on its side and disconected the hoses and use my garden hose to jet up the pipes. Nothing major came out, but it may have been just soap scum. Reconected everything destroyed my kitchen step getting back in 😕 ( i was using a sack truck)

Well its in and draining 😆 and spinning so all is looking good 😀 . Not sure if it was the cleaning or the MONSTER bang that did it 😆 . So fingers crossed the cycle finishes.

    Thanks

I know it’s after the event, but why didn’t you just drop the drain hose into the washing up bowl and let gravity do the work?
