    Hello, do you have any idea why the drum on my machine only rotates very slowly during wash and spin cycles. Thankyou 😕

    There could be a number of different reasons why ranging from motor faults to electronic faults.

    You will probably need an engineer to sort it for you…you could have a look in Repairs@ to see if there’s someone near you?
