ParticipantBeen to a call yesterday pulled a coin out from the pump, yipee. 🙁 recall to the same machine today , no action when a programme is selected, inc spin & drain. Door lock light is on and door wont open, heater is ok NTC is within range and motor buzzes out ok. I am left thinking it is the PCB and EPROM but at lots of quids to try its a bit of an expence, not to mention looking a charlie if it don’t work. Anything else I should be looking ot for. There are no flashing error codes.

Would the machine you’re talking about be an W133SUK I wonder as I cannot see a WI335UK listed????
If the former applies, have you set the dial on one of the BLACK DOTS and ‘reset’ the programmer first of all, to see if that clears it?
Are you listed as a Trade Member?

Welcome to the site Johnnyboy 😀
I have moved your post into ‘Trade technical’ please do not post trade stuff within the public forums 😉
If your machine will not reset then I can only assume a module/eeprom problem. You can of course sent them to EMW for them to test it for you. (I’m not sure if you knew that?)

Oops this is my first try at posting anything. I understand that you have to order a pre programmed eeprom and board, as we do not have the facillities to test/programme that model. Cheers

normally these boards show blown tracks when faulty, did you disconnect motor plug to check across terminals, if top 2 pins on motor are open circuit it can cause your problem.hope this helps rgds gazza.

Hi,
It’s a bit unlucky for the pcb to go the next day, maybe the pump connection has come loose as you had it apart; Not too sure if it stops fill on the indes*** but I have been caught out by this before.Graeme
