ParticipantI have the above machine in the workshop, It came in with drum bearings needing replacing, it had also cut through the outer drum just above the heater.
I replaced the bearings and sealed the hole in the drum. Then when I tested the machine it started to fill then aborted the wash.
I had a look at the motor which showed signs that water had been around so tried an other motor on and again aborted the wash. Tried an other prussure switch, same thing, plugged in an other heater, thermistor and water pump same thing, tried an other program selector same thing. So I ordered a module from EMW plugged it in and yes once again aborted the wash cycle. I have replaced the motor plug as that was looking a little iffy but still no go.
The customer was not prepared to pay for more than the original work so I sold him a new machine. But I would like to get to the bottom of this as it has had a good bit of time from me.
I am pretty sure that I have covered all bases 😕 but if you can think of anything else……Cheers

Don’t forget to remove small plugs (blue wires) on board, nip with fingers (not pliers) and push back on. This can sometimes sort this problem

Thanks Helo_75 and Tony
It doesn’t have any leds except for the door locked led which flashes when it aborts. Also I nipped up the small plugs before I fitted the replacement board.Cheers

Page THREE.
It almost invariably means that the pcb has gone faulty – you’ll need a new board and eeprom if the customers budget will stand it, or one of Tony_EMW’s finest re-conditioned ones – a good value for money solution on a budget appliance.
