Indesit WIA 121 wont drain, help or advice please

my parents have an indesit WIA 121 Washing Machine, it wont drain off how can they get the machine to empty, any advice please

First thing to do is check and clean the pump filter, down at the bottom, right. As the instruction book tells you to do. 😉
