Hi all
visited this three month old machine today, the rinse led stays on all the time, can’t reset program, if left to finish cycle it spins out then goes back to rinse again. Module is the obvious choice, anyone come across this yet ? any chance of repair considering age of machine ?Customer forgot to send the guarantee away silly chap!!

As long as they have an invoice to prove date of purchase then they are covered fully by guarantee.

The serial number of the machine will date it within a couple of months, they should also be able to contact the retailer after such a short period of time. The Indesit Company will normally accept that as proof. To be honest I would be a little suspicious of someone who ‘didn’t have an invoice’ for a £200 purchase only three months ago, back of a lorry comes to mind. :rolls:
Personally I would keep well away from something like this.
