    Got called to this one, the machine was operating ok, but the door lock light continued to flash when program was finished, and even when the off position was selected.
    I reset the machine as per the manufacturers instructions, remove plug wait 40 seconds etc, but when I plugged the machine back in the light continued to flash.
    Then when I closed the door the machine started a wash cycle, even though it was set on the off position, but just kept filling and will not reset.
    Now the customer is not too happy because her washer was working, and now it is not thanks to the, reset procedure.
    Any help welcomed 😳

    had the same last week unblocked the outlet drained ok then tried it again on wash, continuous fill and would not reset.
    you need a new board see EMW
    not your fault if the customer buys rubbish!
    I always worry about these things and point out to customers there poor reputation
