Indesit WIDL 1265

Morning, I’m hoping someone can help me with a non-working Indesit.
It’s quite old but was working working fine up until yesterday.
All lights came on and nothing would work, then it produced an error code, lights number 1 and 4 and the door lock light are on. I have found a guide to error codes but this specific pattern isn’t in there. Indesit manual says to contact their “helpline” who were just slightly confused by the question!
Any help appreciated.

Not good news sadly and although it is not what I would call ‘old’, it is for an Indesit. 🙁

Thanks for the reply iadom, that matches what I have found elsewhere (although in a much nicer format here :)).
The only thing confusing me is the door lock light, does this not mean anything?
To be honest we’ve had it 9 years, from reading the other threads here this may be some kind of Inidesit record anyway!

Door lock light can be on or flashing but is not used for error codes.
