ParticipantHi all
Got a strange fault on this one. Fault code F11 shown on power on.(lights 1,3 and 4), can’t switch machine off from control panel switch. Powered off from mains instead. Reset machine and tested all ok. Checked for pump problems, all ok.
Switched machine off by button on control panel, waited for door release, opened door and closed again. After a few seconds I heard a faint click from one of the relays on module and within a second machine switched itself on with pump and dryer fan motor running and showing original fault code F11 again. I suspect the module or has anyone come across this fault before. Machine is a month out of guarantee and Indesit don’t want to know.
Thanks RickNovember 7, 2007 at 5:06 pm #233354senseib

I would say module – EMW to keep costs down is an option. 🙁
Although I bet if the Baron is around he could tell you what part to change on the module! 8)

From machine name I assume that is EVOII case… F11= “no supply to the pump”
You should check: Relay K1 (some models have relays which can be opened and clean); R68=180K; R69=220K; D15=1N4007 but can be also ULN2003A (smd) but never less look deeply fur burning marks, cold joints or discontinuity of paths.P.S. Change pump for convenience (normally has around 170 Ohms) and verify it’s connection to board( J8/8; J8/9) or if your door lock is with microswitch (J15/1; J15/2).

Hi.
Although fault F11 is displayed, the pump itself and power to it are fine. This fault only occurs after the machine has finished the programme, door opened and then closed again. Without touching any buttons, one of the relays activates (clicks) and a second or so later lights 1,3 and 4, pump and fan motor activate and machine can only be turned off by disconnecting from wall socket.November 10, 2007 at 3:15 pm #233358admin
KeymasterStrange… I will try to change memory (eeprom)if anything from what I tell you to verify…
I think that C00110268 or C00110365 will aprouch your machine. (you didn’t give serial number).PS. If I remember good it was for other strange mistake to do something: wire connecting cable to fascia to isolate for 60mm long… you could try also this.

Hi. Re-visited machine today. Disconnected door lock and pump. Machine still shows same fault. Serial number of module is 608130717 SW: Micro Ver 8.44.0 Code: 215009097.00.
Eeprom is fixed to board.November 12, 2007 at 10:14 pm #233362admin
