I have installed this yesterday and the washing machine is working perfectly. As for the dryer it is sending me round twist. I have followed instructions to the ‘T’ Waste pipe is high enough to stop water return etc. The clothes come out roasting hot with steam!! Am I doing something wrong? I know a small amount of water goes in first. The closest I have managed to get them dry letting the cycle run through x2 (clothes slightly damp)but surely it isn’t going to take 3 hours to dry 1/2 dozen light items??

You are leaving the cold water turned on when using the drying cycle, if you are then cold inlet system to condensor could be faulty.

The dryer relies on cold water to condense the steam so, either the cold water supply is poor or more likely, you have connected the hoses the wrong way round 😉

Hi Dave, cold fill only on this machine, through a three way valve. If it is a new machine then its back to Indesit .

If this is a new machine, then you have done all you can. Time for the engineer. 😥

I doubt that would be of any use to you, unless of course they have over 35 years of experience in the whitegoods repair industry. 😉
