    Our washer / dryer stopped working after a spin and will not do anything now. When we turn the machine on the green spin light is permanently on (not flashing) and if we try and if we press the reset button, the extra rinse button and the spin selector button flash and then stay on constant. The original green spin light goes off momentarily and then comes back on constant again. We have checked the filter and our drainage is fine – can anyone help?

    Got to be some sort of computer failure. The LED description does not correspond with any known error code.

    Hi,

    just to let anyone know who has this problem – it was a computer based problem. The internal board had to be replaced because there was a programming problem (or something). Anyway, there is no other way of fixing this other than getting a replacement board from Indicit. The guy who fixed our machine in the end diagnosed the problem very quickly and was pretty great.
