Indesit widl106 fault lights

Hi,
Hope someone can help!
I recently had a blockage in my sink which I managed to clear with the use of a plunger. However, I have just opened my washing machine for the first time since and it was half full of brown water, some of which is now on my kitchen floor. I tried setting the machine to drain which seemed to be working but now it has stopped and is just making a whiring noise and the ‘easy iron’ and ‘1000-500’ lights are flashing as is the door lock. It also won’t turn off.

I know these are warning lights for a fault, can someone tell me what fault they indicate and if it’s something I can sort out myself?

Can you give us the two lights blinking slowly from left to right or top to bottom by number please.

Ignore the door lock light.
