Participantthink machine goes into test mode?
when you shut the door it
starts the dryer for 20 secs then the pump and valve start up both running at the same time forever. with the door lock light flashing fast and the rinse and spin lights flashing slow…..if you unplug machine and hold power and start buttron in as you plug machine back in it will make all the lights flash 3x vary fast then go back to the dryer with vavle and pupm running again..
customer did say machine was u/g but did not buy from us nore has any POP
did phone indesit that said its the wires to the motor. but test ok.
did at some point get the machine to rotate but have had no luck since..any help would be good
thank you

Sounds like the PCB is u/s. Get another from EMW and try it; probably the only way to say for sure. If it still doesn’t work, you only stand EMW’s return figure of £4.70. If that fails, you will find a 2 pound lump hammer a most satisfactory and final cure for any Indesit. 😆

……Or if you know of a Merloni Engineer, he will have emit, I’m sure for a small fee, he would re-write the eeprom for you, works for me 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time.

EMW are one of the most useful and knowledgable companies you could ever come across. Tel;(01159) 652118.They rebuild it, they know it’s faults, they help you at every stage including if you misdiagnose- you can try a PCB and send it back for £4.70. Can’t see Merloni doing that – they would just leave you In- de- s*it!! 😆
