went to this machine today customer complaining dryer not drying, but everything else ok, so i took lid off and metered cut out on top of heater duct (the in-line one attatched to the element) and found it was o/c didnt have one with me so going back tomorrow but when i turned it back on and all four lights were flashing and the light next to the dryer sign was on and cant reset. is it just that the machine has now detected the fault the error code if i am right is faulty heater relay or should i be looking further?

Check for blockages in condensor, fan motor etc, all the things that normally blow one shots in driers.

it was module at fault. got it repaired at emw all ok now 😀
