Hi can someone help me, I have done a search and tried the filter clean out, ran the cycle again and the same happens, it gets to the second stage which is drain then errors.

If you mean lights 2+4 and door lock light are flashing then it suggests the pressure switch is stuck on full. If the machine is emptying correctly then it could be a faulty pressure switch, partial blockage of the pressure hose, poor connections to the PCB or even a failure of the very ticklish PCB itself.

Be sure to remove the plug if you intend to take a look.

hi, thank you for your reply, the machine is not draining even if you switch off and on then put straight to drain cycle, it does make the noise as though it is draining though. Could it be a blockage in the waste pipe?

There could be a blockage in the internal hoses or the pump body itself, you also need to check the outlet hose for blockages if is connected directly to the sink waste.
