Indesit WIDL126S Strange

Hi,
Won’t turn off. Option lights, start light and dryer light all flashing continuously except when filling which is intermittent. Motor struggles to go one way only but if a temperature is selected and then it just moves slightly.
Brushes have life left and all else checks out.
Wouldn’t normally do an Indy but an existing customer but he is prepared for the worst.
Any ideas except the board.

Whenever something won’t turn off it’s got to be the board really. However, I’d be checking to see what capacitors are used on that board given all the recent education we’ve had on here. (I suspect it could be similar to a Hotpoint with all lights flashing which won’t turn off.)
