replaced main board because of falt code relating to heater relay.
fitted new board but there seems to be inconsistencys in wash times. according to the customer,
first two washes where reported to be fine.
next wash customer thinks its not heating because of a stain left on towels.
next wash prog 10 supposed to take forty five minutes but carried on well over an hour.??
no flashing lights signaling error code.
does this machine have constant voltage to heater throughout wash???
how accurate is programme guide for wash times, is customer paying to much attention to guide, and if they are how do you explain.LOL.
anyone got a clue.

If you have already replaced the main board … have you checked the thermistor .. I had one of these the other day where the heater would work sometimes and not others and it turned out to be the white thermister on the rear of the drum … it should measure 20k – 40k ohms when cold

thanks for the reply alsorts should of mentioned already tried thermistor,but will double check the resistance as it was already used on another machine, just took it off to see if it would make a difference.

Just possible that element itself could be faulty, going open circuit when it warms up.
