Fills for about 10 secs then pump starts and lights 1,2 +4 start with door light F13.
Customer has never used the dryer but fault indicates dryer NTC or Fan. Fan operates fine and the reading on the NTC,is 15.00@20k ohms.Nothing at less than that. As I’ve been misled by Indesit fault codes before can anyone say if the ntc reading is wrong or with any certainty this is likely to be the correct diagnosis?
    Thanks

I usually plug the connector into an old wash heater ntc that I know to be good to test.

    Hi Jim.
This fault says the dryer ntc which I gave the reading for. I checked the wash ntc which is not inserted in the heater but is set in the tub above. I better say both dryer and wask elements are fine.

I know, but you can still stick the dryer ntc connector block into an old wash ntc to test.

If it clears the F13 then the dryer ntc is faulty. 😉

Whenever I change heaters I always save the good ntc’s for this purpose.
