    Hi I’ve got an Indesit WIDXE146 that is flashing F1 after about 5 minutes.
    I’ve looked up the code and it says motor triac fault?

    What is a motor triac fault.

    Does the motor need replacing or the pcb or both?

    Could be either, or both or neither.

    You do have one of the poorest machines on the current market, it has about the worst electronics going.

    A visual and electrical test of the motor and all connections would be the first step.

    Be sure to remove the mains plug if you intend to have a look.

    The PCB is around £100 but you will need a £15 smart card and a £100 card reader to programme it. :rolls:
