    The washing machine has been working ok but now when i close the door it won’t lock – the door is properly closed and the power etc is on but the lock won’t activate to start the machine – what could be wrong???!!

    Door lock failure?

    id just check the pin that holds the pecker on the door hasnt slid out, it would stop the pecker activating the lock

    Point – worth checking. The old WG series were shockers for that. However, being a recent “W” series machine, anything is possible…….
