    Hi,

Re: Indesit WIE1375 washing machine fault code.

I seem to have a fault code flashing on the display of our machine which I can’t seem to find details on. Can someone please help?

    Fault code is -c0n

    Many thanks in advance.

AFAIK that’s not a recognised code, but these are shockers for throwing up things like that. More often than not it’s due to an earth fault (heater is prime suspect) but can also be a faulty motor or pcb i’m afraid. If it’s a faulty pcb that could equally be because another component has let go and taken the board with it.

Sorry Clive, don’t understand your AFAIK at the beginning of that post.

From memory of some posts a good while back this could be a failure of the condensation sensor. I have never encountered the fault or seen a condensation sensor but I’m sure I have read that they were fitted for a short time to some machines. I don’t know if it is possible to bypass this component. :con:

Is the machine in a damp environment? If it is then a gentle blast of warm air from a hairdryer or similar from underneath may help. Tilt the machine back against a wall to do this, get someone to hold the machine and do not tip it back more than 35 degrees.

AFAIK = as far as I know. 😉

FYI correct model No: WIE137S ( for your information ) 😀

Thanks for the reply and update on the AFAIK … 😉

To answer your questions, no it’s certainly not in a damp environment, and the machine is still operating properly, just with the error code on display. Lol

I was aware of the incorrect model number when listed but couldn’t change it. 🙂

    Many thanks
