    Been having a problem with the above model,when washing machine program set and cycle started there is a flashing “DOOR” message ,water seems to start to enter but shuts off immediately and nothing happens but the door stays locked ,had a very slack hinge which had a lot of movement so replaced that in case that helped but problem still persists any ideas please

    If the door is locked, but the “Door” error is showing, the computer doesn’t realise that the lock is activated and is therefore faulty.

    And how easy is this to fix and what would be required,have also changed the door interlock

    make sure the latch pin inside the door is located (inside the door trim) 😮
