This appliance has 3rd & 4th leds flashing , pump runs , cold water valves are energised , cannot cancel or switch off , only at wall socket ,have checked NTC ok , connections to NTC ok . any ideas Thanks

I have one with exactly the same problem. Am I right in thinking the NTC is the temperature sensor thermister? If so, the one on this machine was reading about 36K. Are these triacs surface mount devices or do you mean the component labelled Q9/11/12 on the board? I have a Z0107MA-MBR triac in stock I could try if it is Q9, 11 or 12.

those triacs could be any Z0607; MAC97A… and aren’t surface mounted.
Z0107 it’s little bit stronger than Z0607 but it will work (in case of shuting out it’s worse because he can support higher current).
In case one of those triacs are going out surely you have to change also 560Ohm smd resistor (561) marked from his channel.
When termistors from there are gone, his channel will supply voltage instead activating signal is missing (electrovalve will be opened instant).PS. NTC is temperature sensor which is mounted in heater flange (between heater connectors).
