Well as you probably are aware, the NTC’s resistance reading will vary according to the temperature anyway. But at approx room temp (i.e 21degrees) you should get a resistance reading of between 19 and 25k ohms.
On the fill and empty issue, the electronics will always throw a wobbly when any component fails or shows an out of range reading. Likely as not in this case the NTC may be the reason??–don’t hold me to that though OK? :rolls:
Apart from NTC’s then heaters, dodgy motor brushes and the rest can cause the microprocessors within the module to have a dicky fit….all you’re left with is flashing lights and a headache to sort.. 🙁
