Hello!
Does anyone know anything about this machine? I have a slight problem with it in that it won’t finish a program. It just washes and washes! We can stop the program and then manually set it to rinse, drain and spin (all of which work fine).
It doesn’t seem to heat the water up either, so all of the clothes come out of the machine cold instead of warm (even if put through on a 90 wash).
We are stumped as to what the problems might be, and we have had so much trouble with it that we are thinking of replacing it rather than call out the experts, especially if these problems look expensive. It’s all very annoying as the machine is only three years old (my old Servis lasted 12 years!) and has already had three visits from the repairer (last time was new brushes).
Any advice would be appreciated, even if it’s just to go and get another one . . .

No heat should give an error code for failed heater, sensor, relay, continuity, any of the heat problems really. If it doesn’t, there’s almost certainly some sort of logic problem, which points at the (expensive) computer board.
