Got a call from a customer saying drum getting stuck. Sounds like sock or eco ball. Its quite a distance so wanted to make sure it was not a sealed tub job before i went.

    Thanks

Yep, sealed tub, had to write off a 14 month old one of these with a sock stuck at the back of the drum, couldn’t shift it. 😥

It depends where it is stuck, you might be able to fish it out via the heater or sump hose.

Ive pulled all sorts out through the sump hole before but only if they are prepared to pay me for my time win or lose.

Removing the diispenser hose sometimes does the trick if it is stuck at the front,JJ

What i’ve done in the past is use something like a metal coat hanger which i’ve straighten, then bend the end into 90 degrees and poke it through the holes in the drum in different places until i’ve snared the culprit, of cause this won’t work if it at the back.
