Indesit WIL103 Not sure of Fault code

Hello fellas, I am going to have a look at this one on Wednesday the customer reports that when she switches the machine on the following lights are illuminated Easy Iron and Extra rinse. The machine wont start the program. I have had alook through the known error codes posting but I cant find anything matching this one.
Can anyone advise what fault code this is?

The lamps are listed there 1-4 – no cross reference to what the lamps actually are.

following lights are illuminated Easy Iron and Extra rinse. The machine wont start the program

if those are lilluminating (no flashing) that meens optional button are activated… if you push respective buttons they should go out… which one from vertical Leds are illuminated???
for further help you should tell us exactly what’s happen from begining…

Cheers Chris,

Called out to the machine yesterday, turned out to be 3&4, checked resistance on the thermistor, it was ok, so I tightened the pins on the connection and bingo it started up no lights and ran fine. Must have just been a bad connection to the thermistor.

Had the same fault, showing thermistor fault, fitted new thermistor to no avail. required new board. 😳
