ParticipantHope someone can advise on this –
Indesit wil103 seems to go thru all functions ok but have noticed the time remaining lights seem to be incorrect e.g. when you have the machine on daily wash light 4h illuminates ,put it on spin or drain and 9h light illuminates etc.
The machines does seem to complete the drain, spin ,short wash etc in correct time ,any help or advice much appreciated ,thanksJune 14, 2007 at 3:44 pm #217004iadom

I think those are time delay lights, not time remaining.

The mysterious world of Indesits!!!!As long as the customer is happy with the cycle, just get them off the scent by telling them the lights are getting a spurious signal from the computer. Then you may want to drop the price of the board to them gently.

These are combined time delay lights and also wash progress.
I can’t remember the order of them but there’s symbols next to them.
There’s wash, rinse, spin and end if i remember correctly, very similar to the Bosch progress lights.

Just been to change a door seal on one of these today so checked it out for you. The neons have two sets of symbols and therefore two functions.
Down the left hand side from the top the symbols are the cycle progress neons, Prewash, Wash, Rinse ,Spin.
Down the right the neons are numbered 2hr,4hr,6hr,9hr. These would be used to set a delayed start time.
Had the customer read the user manual correctly they would have known this but when did you last have a customer that actually read the manual carefully. 😥
