Indesit wil123s wont start

Hi all,now before anyone points me to the error page i have read it and carry a copy.The problem i experienced today was all four of the horizontal option lights flash along with the bottom 4th vertical led which if i have read it right is fo1 which is a motor triac,f17 shares the same light which obviously is the door lock.Door lock changed,same fault.It wont let you select or start a program.
Now if the triac is faulty i assume it means change the board,however in these circumstances a card reader and associated card would not cure this problem.If i am wrong with anything so far then somebody say so.
This now leads me to ask dose anyone use the new card reader and is it a worth while purchase.I searched Indesits website and found them flogging it for £92,Qualtex about £37 +vat.
Anyway comments on a post card please.

Send the board to EMW, for test and if required repair or exchange.

Thanks for your reply.Yep i know about emw ‘s services i have an acount with them,Can i take it from your reply that i read the led’s correctly.i was also hoping to get feedback about these card readers ie:are they a worth while purchase,or are they just another money making exercise by the manufacturer.

you need a new module, then a one use only smart card, then a card reader to programme the new module.

EMW seems like the best option to me. 🙂
