Indesit WIL143S 2nd presure switch

Hi all
went to this machine last week with a pressure switch fault, first and third lights flashing.
Fitted new Pressure switch and it went away back to normal and ran ok for five days three wash loads, the lady phoned me today said its back to the same fault again.
Has anyone got any ideas apart from a faulty pressure switch
what could cause this
