    Hi

The last few days, our Indesit WIL163 has been acting odd. I first noticed when a 1 hour cycle was still going after about 3 hours. However, after monitoring it, the fault seems to change.

Sometimes, on activation, it will input a little water (although not a lot) and then the drum will slowly turn one way and then the other, for ages. Othertimes it will load a little water and then do nothing. The wash cycle light is active on both instances.
Sometimes it will actually move on and show the wash light and the rinse light as both active at the same time but it still just does a slow clockwise/anti clockwise wash with very little water in there.

Is there anyway to reset the computer? Does it need a new PCB? Is it worth getting it repaired?

Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted.

migt not be the pcb could be a water valve or heater plug out if you are checking but it would be better getting out an engineer from repairs@.

do basic m,aintenance checks first –

clear pump and check for free flowing drainage

That does not affect a fill issue.

    Please ignore the posters advice.
