comes up test and f03.Measured ntc at approx 24k ohms.Is this reading acceptable at room temp.not sure what it should be

Sometimes will still go into error mode when NTC appears to give a sound reading. Eliminate any possibly loose contacts from NTC to module first. The NTC is cheap enough to try out but it could still be a duff module.
