I have the above washing machine and it’s been flashing the LCD and all the lights on the front panel when first switched on for a while now. However it has continued to work.

Today though, towards the end of a wash cycle it tripped the breaker for the mains circuit and stopped. Now it won’t come back on.

It looks from searching around that it’s probably a fault on the main PCB, is that the most likely problem?

If so, I’m happy to replace the PCB, but is it as simple as that, or does it require programming too, or is the EEPROM removable (could it be reused from the old board)? In which case presumably it’s an engineer call out job. In which case I may as well buy a new machine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Pcb needs to be programmed, you will need a £20 smart card and a £100 card reader on top of the £100 or so for the pcb.
All lights flashing is a known, fixable pcb fault but does not trip the rcd so it’s likely that there is another fault somewhere.

    Hi

I have the same problem with my machine – if this is a known fault how is is corrected. What would be the cost?
