    I have this machine where all the lights are flashing. it wont do anything, and I can’t switch it off, except by unplugging it. Any ideas please?

    Very common board failure. EMW is your best option.

    Thanks for the reply. Interestingly the customer has phoned me back to say she tried the machine again and it is now working ok ????????
