    I bought this washing machine almost 2 years ago and gets fair use for a family of 3. The door catch has come off and has fallen into the machine so now I can’t close the door to wash. It is connected to electrical cables inside so not so straightforward to connect a new one. Is anyone else having this issue and have any ideas how it can be fixed?

    may just have come loose and dropped out
