Hi,
I’ve just had a call from a customer who wants me to do a report on this Indesit washing machine with a F18 fault code. Now from memory on hotpoint/indesit machines this means some sort of communication error between pcb and motor but this machine is only 16 months old. Has anybody had any experience of it being anything else other than the pcb, motor or broken wires. Is there anything I should look for before sending in a report and pronouncing it dead.Any help is appreciated as usual.
