ParticipantMy partfinder has just expired and due to lack of work at the moment £50.00 is a lot of money for me.
Does anyone no how I could continue using the version I’ve got without upgrading or renewing it

I don’t know of any way that this can be done, although in theory it should be possible. However if anyone does, please use e-mail or PM to discuss rather than the forum. 😉

I doubt that this is possible due to the fact that once Partfinders installed it writes a script file into your system and you then need to activate online with Merloni. As I understand it there activation process then compares the script file with there system date and time and updates the file on your system. If the two fail to corresponde I believe activation fails.
However I am just about to update my Partfinder and will try this and report back.
I too hate paying out ! cause I run it on our server network as well as laptops.

not sure if this would work but if you do not let it expire but reset the date before it does see what happens
ie put it back a week each day to see if prog reacts

When partfinder is activated it writes to the registry (DO NOT GO INTO THE REG EDITOR UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING) in location [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREJVF Systems LtdPartfinder II] and the date is in the lic file in hex.
If you put the date back you can stop other programs from working
