    This machine showing F9 on startup which I think from stickies fault code is EEPROM problem. If forced with start buttom it will then start to fill and empty at same time showing F3. It is not possible to switch machine off from this point except at mains. New board? eeprom is fixed to board.

    Does sound like the board, EMW or QER might be your best option TBH.
