    Hi I have a indiset WIL163S.Lights number 3+4+ door lock are flashing.the machine fills and empties contantly.I have looked at answers from others on this forum and think this is a f03 error-ntc fault.can someone tell me where inside the washing machine is this ntc.Thank you,Karen

    It is located in the heater.Take back panel off and you will see the heater at the bottom. Resistance at room temp (20c) should be around 20k ohms.
    Most of the time it will be nothing to do with the ntc and is usually always a control board fault.This board would need replacing along with an eprom.

    TURN POWER OFF BEFORE LOOKING.
