Indisit WD12 Only washing cold

Hi, I hope someone can help me. My washing machine has decided to only wash in cold water. I have checked filters and water input and both of these are fine. Not sure if you are supposed to do this but on a water filling cycle, if I turn off the cold water it stops which would suggest to me that that hot water some how is not being allowed to fill to machine ??
As you can tell I have no knowledge of these magic white boxes but am capeable if pointed in the right direction.

Any help/advice would be appreciated

Hot water may only be taken for some of the hotter washes. Most cool washes are cold fill only. Due to the very low water levels for wash, you may not notice the heat as the water is way below the door glass. All rinses are cold water only. If the machine did have heating problems, you would get an error code.

Hi thanks for the answer, but….. The machine washes cold, the clothes come out cold and yes the glass is cold. How do you determine a fault code??

Power light starts flashing a pattern and the selector dial starts clunking round and round……..
