    problem help please
    On off button not working
    Stuck on off position. Can this be reset or is the switch u/s.
    Thought id ask before going home and opening up the machine.

    PS It is only a week old 👿

    Sounds like there is no power to the machine then, are you sure it’s switched on and the door firmly closed?

    The power is still switched on.
    Initialy the machine would not switch off at the button, so isolated power now once power reinstated it will not switch on ❗

    Oh! I see now…..yes then the actual switch will be at fault.There’s nothing you can do further, call in the manufacturers and get it done under warranty now then. 😀
