industry kpi standards ?

if so does anyone have any stats relating to

turn around time ,
engineers visit time after initial fault reported
1st time fix

i know these will vary if you have van stock .

any other relevant info appreciated .

At a guess…

Samsung.

They make stuff up as they go along. You’d be better off believing Sesame Street is a real place and all the characters are real than believing what they say at times.

But don’t worry, next week’s letter are F, R and O that many find are the perfect antidote to K, P and I.

i think the kpis are unrealistic and fancy full without van stock dreamland.

but i wanted to measure against similar stats .
