1st time in 30 years I have seen this happen.Last job today HP WD brushes, Noticed that the cold inlet hose had a small kink, Advised customer that for £4.50 it would be wise to replace, She agreed and I fitted a new one supplied by Connect. 5 Min later while testing the machine There was that unmistakable sound of mains water not going were it should. Quick dive under cuboard turned water off inspected end of hose only to find that the clamp had not been crimped.

Thank god that the flat had very high pressure cold or it could have happed after I had left. In future I will always check all hoses I fit.
