    Hi to all
    We are having great difficulty removing the inlet valve on our john lewis machine, if anyone knows how to remove the valve from the plastic machine housing we would really appreciate your guidance. We have removed the hoses etc, but cannot figure out how the actual valve is held captive in the housing as there are no screws or visible mechanical fixings present. Any advice would be welcome

    Dear All, after getting no replies at all for this, yet around 40 views, I thought maybe a photograph would help. At this stg even suggestions would be appreciated. The only option I have at the moment is to possibly break the housing getting the valve out!

    Thank you for the reply. I can see the logic in this, but it isn’t budging. Do you literally just lever it out?
