Been browsing the web looking for a new Inner Glass for my oven. Its shattered AGAIN within a space of just under 4mths. There is no make on theinstruction manual or actual oven itself.
All I know is that is a HJA 3300 model with seriel no: 08 107915 04
From the search for a new bit of glass its gives me two names Diplomat and Howdens. The model number brings me to the Howdens so can I assume that is the make?? Would the Howdens be the glass that Im after??

Seeing as this has happened twice in the space of just under 4mths is it just a problem with the glass or could there be a problem with the oven itself. The oven was replaced just under two years ago.
When the glass shattered yesterday it was only on 180 degree’s and had only been on for 20mins, it was 10mins after the oven had been off that the glass shattered. The time before that I was halfway through cooking and ended up with the glass in my dinner

If anyone can help me on this I would be really grateful as I have no oven till I get a new bit of glass 😡 😡

    Hi.

Usually the glass takes a slight knock which can cause the glass to “bruise” which then can make it susceptable to thermal shock.
